cherry clafoutis

One of my all-time favorite go-to treats in the summer. Just mix eggs, milk, a dash of flour, some vanilla. Add stone fruit (pitted) in a buttered Pyrex or casserole dish and cook at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Let cool a bit and eat a taste of summer.
