Ridiculously Good Crab Dinner
Dungeness Crab - cooked, cleaned
(1 per person; 2 per person if you have a really really hungry person)
Old Bay (whole tin)
Butter (1 cup)
Dry Riesling
Beer (for drinking)
Garlic
Saute garlic in butter. Add crab and Old Bay. Warm in the simmering butter/garlic mixture. Coat evenly. Add wine as needed. Drink wine as needed. Cook 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with big bowl for crab shells. Have lots of napkins available and be prepared for 20-25 minutes of silence with the exception of the sound of crab shells cracking.
