Healthy pear thing
slice ripe pears w/skins
Add meyer lemon juice, local honey, spices that sound delicious to you
Toss with nuts and berries or raisins (if you have either)
Place artfully (or not) on a bed of a) nothing, b) graham flour + butter + water crust, or c) granola
If you have apricot preserves or marmalade, heat in a dutch bath until runny and pour on top… (btw, use the pan that best fits the amount of food you’re using)
cook at 375 until aromatic smell is irresistible and pears are tender and oozing nectar
